Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries clearly and accurately
  • Explain company-approved information, products, and services
  • Assist clients with account-related questions and enrollment support
  • Maintain accurate and confidential digital records
  • Schedule and conduct virtual service appointments as needed
  • Follow company policies, service standards, and compliance guidelines
