Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
• Comfort using digital tools and working in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be physically located within the United States
• Candidates must also be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License. Training and licensing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to understand their financial protection needs
• Educate clients on life insurance and supplemental benefit options
• Guide individuals through the application and enrollment process
• Provide ongoing policy support, including coverage reviews and claims guidance
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with members
