Key Responsibilities Engage with members to understand their financial protection needs Educate clients on life insurance and supplemental benefit options Guide individuals through the application and enrollment process Provide ongoing policy support, including coverage reviews and claims guidance Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Build long-term, trust-based relationships with members Ideal Candidate Profile Successful candidates typically demonstrate: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset Comfort using digital tools and working in a remote environment Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Customer service or sales experience (helpful but not required) Candidates must also be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License. Training and licensing support are provided.
