Requirements

Masterâs degree with 3+ years or Bachelorâs degree with 5+ years in biotech/pharma business operations.
Experience with financial reporting and forecasting.
Familiarity with the drug development process and R&D business units.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and collaboration tools.
Fluency in MS Office suite with advanced Excel capabilities.
Familiarity with enterprise tools like SAP, Ariba, Anaplan.
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a complex environment.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate organizational change.
Proactive and quick learner.

Responsibilities

Budget Management: Planning/Forecasting, Managing/Monitoring Actuals vs Budget.
Managing Accounting/Finance Deadlines: Quarter Close, Budget Submissions, Annual Planning Cycle.
Communication with Stakeholders: Engaging with budget owners and leadership.
Data Analytics: Maintaining Anaplan, Building and Maintaining Dashboards.
Monitoring Budget/Actuals: Tracking POs/Contracts and Investigating Invoices.
Supplier Engagement: Resolving financial discrepancies and maintaining relationships.
