Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of remote sales professionals
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship
  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients to assess financial protection needs
  • Guide individuals and families through life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
  • Support clients through the full enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims-related support
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Monitor team and individual performance using key metrics and reporting tools
  • Implement and execute sales strategies to drive consistent production
  • Lead by example through active participation in client interactions and closings
  • Handle complex client scenarios and support team members in problem-solving
  • Ensure a high standard of client experience, retention, and follow-through
  • Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance
  • Identify performance gaps and provide targeted coaching to improve results
