No cold calling or door-to-door outreach is required. Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a functioning webcam
  • Quiet and professional workspace suitable for virtual meetings

  • The ability to build trust and rapport through virtual conversations
  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Comfort using digital tools including Zoom, email, and CRM systems

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or consultative roles is helpful but not required.
  • No prior experience in the insurance or benefits industry is required.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
  • Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations via Zoom with individuals and families across the U.S.
  • Listening carefully to client needs and helping identify benefit options that fit their situation
  • Explaining available programs clearly and professionally
  • Guiding clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
  • Maintaining organized and accurate digital records of client interactions and documentation
  • Providing responsive follow-up support to ensure a positive client experience
  • Participating in ongoing professional development, mentorship sessions, and team meetings
  • Collaborating with teammates to share best practices and maintain a service-focused culture
