We are looking for a Skillbridge Renewal Associate! This opportunity is open to Active Military members who are eligible to participate in a SkilBridge internship now through summer 2026.

• Eager to work in a fast-paced, distributed environment with the ability to manage multiple work streams

Responsibilities

• Drive renewals across the SMB client segment.
• Develop relationships in the SMB client segment for the renewal process, working cross-functionally with multiple Departments such as Customer Success, Sales, Legal, and Cloud teams.
• Work closely with Customer Success to develop and implement renewals best practices.
• Provide a seamless customer journey, finding opportunities for improving customer experience while optimizing contract renewals.
• Demonstrable commercial understanding, having the ability to implement a broad approach, uncovering issues, removing roadblocks, and adopting a general Account Management approach
• Tactical awareness, providing operational capabilities around forecasting and reporting.
