In support of these products for both consumer and commercial customers, Enterprise Bank Servicing within the Banking Servicing Network is hiring Rep-Cash Management Banking Operations Roles. This role is a member of the Check Processing Operations Teams where you will deliver a world-class experience for American Express National Bank, assisting consumer and commercial customers with timely and accurate processing of their check transactions. You'll provide the highest level of quality while ensuring all check transactions are handled accurately within service level agreement, regulatory guidelines and banking deadlines with the Federal Reserve and our vendors. As a Banking Operations Colleague you will ensure all in-office processes including mail and check investigation and processing is prepared and keyed accurately. Ensure files are balanced and transmitted meeting daily processing deadlines. Ability to analyze critical file data to determine the appropriate course of action is required. As a member of this team, you must possess resilience, accountability and passion to work in this fast-paced, high-performing team environment while managing competing demands. Team members must maintain accurate and timely handling of all check investigations and customer inquiries. This includes but not limited to; all check inclearing items, MCD’s, check deposit transactions, return item processes, check printing, file creation and submission. This amongst any other required bank servicing requests. All Banking Operations processes are highly regulated and scrutinized by compliance requiring colleagues to ensure a high level of organization and ability to quickly pivot to meet needs. Colleagues must be flexible and partner with leadership on projects, data validation and supporting exam management efforts for all of Banking Servicing Networks. We must ensure proper due diligence is performed prior to the movement of any monetary instruments or transactions.
