About The Position

As a 1st shift Replenisher, you play a vital role in ensuring our inbound freight is properly reserved, inventory is accurate, and pick slots are stocked to meet outbound order demands. Working in an ambient-temperature warehouse environment, this is a fast-paced, physical role critical to fulfilling our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Prior experience in distribution, warehousing, or inventory control preferred.
Familiarity with RF scanners and equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or walkie-riders preferred.
Reliable work history with demonstrated dependability and strong attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Move full pallets of dry goods to and from reserve storage locations.
Replenish pick slots based on outbound order needs using RF scanning and warehouse systems.
Receive inbound freight and relocate it to reserve locations efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and support proper product rotation.
Perform duties with speed, accuracy, and attention to quality.
Inspect items and storage areas to ensure product integrity and compliance with food safety standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following sanitation and safety procedures.
