The Frost Lab in Emory's School of Nursing is hiring a full-time Research Interviewer/Associate to begin late Spring or Summer 2026. Join a collaborative and mission-driven research group dedicated to understanding and supporting people living with serious illness and their family caregivers. As a Research Interviewer/Associate, you will play a central role in shaping many aspects of this work, from participant engagement to data collection, study management, qualitative and quantitative analysis, dissemination, and liaising with our Community Advisory Board. The PI and lab work as a team, providing support for you to learn skills and strategies to maximize project success. WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS: Able to work independently and is enthusiastic about meeting or exceeding milestones. Energized by research that is human-centered and socially meaningful. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and proactive communication skills. Comfortable communicating with participants from diverse backgrounds. Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new methods. WHAT WE OFFER: A supportive team committed to mentorship and professional growth. Hands on experience across the full research lifecycle. Opportunities to build skills in qualitative and quantitative methods, manuscript writing, research presentation, and grant management. Engagement with interdisciplinary collaborators and community partners.
