About The Position

Flint Group's sister company, Prime46, is hiring a Research Operations Associate to support the execution of research studies and online community panels while building the operational and technology skills needed to grow into a Research Program Manager. Requirements

  • Experience through internships, coursework, or early-career roles in market research, business, psychology, sociology, marketing, or data analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort learning new software platforms and digital systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong follow-through and personal accountability.
  • Genuine interest in research, operations, or client service environments.

  • Exposure to survey tools, CRM systems, or project management software.
  • Experience coordinating projects or technology-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with survey setup, testing, and launch (training provided on platforms such as Qualtrics, Forsta, or similar tools).
  • Learn to configure and manage research technology platforms.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and task lists.
  • Coordinate with vendors and research partners.
  • Prepare field status updates and maintain internal documentation.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support qualitative research logistics, including participant scheduling, reminders, and incentive tracking.
  • Assist with panel member onboarding and communications.
  • Help manage engagement within online community platforms.
  • Monitor participation levels and quotas.
  • Track incentives and maintain organized records.
  • Maintain and manage CRM records.
  • Coordinate internal operational projects and documentation.
  • Help improve internal workflows and systems organization.
  • Learn to confidently manage survey platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • Maintain organized records across research and panel systems.
  • Embrace new tools and platforms as the company evolves.
  • Gradually take ownership of full project components, including platform configuration and system management.
