About The Position

Presbyterian Hospitality House, Alaska’s leading adolescent residential treatment program, is looking for a Resident Advisor to join our team at our Wasilla, Alaska location.

We are seeking the following applicants:
• A mature, emotionally healthy individual with good judgement, humor, and the ability to counsel young adults.
• Has the ability to teach vocational and maintenance skills necessary to transition successfully into independent living, economic, and social success.
• Inspired self-starters with relevant life experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Successful applicant must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Education, or 2 years' experience with kids.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Applicant must be at least 21 years old to meet minimum age requirement.
