Resident Pharmacist
About The Position
Responsible to fulfill the requirements of the CentraCare Ambulatory Clinic Pharmacy Residency Training program, including required competency areas, goals, and objectives of Post Graduate Year 1 residencies issued by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists. Conduct comprehensive medication management services for CentraCare Clinic and adhere to Ambulatory Pharmacist Scope of Practice standards while ensuring that pharmacy laws and other regulatory requirements are met. Patients of all ages are served. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers. Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Onsite Monday-Friday | Clinic Hours 8am-5pm Residency year will be 7/1/26-6/30/27
Requirements
- Pharm. D. Upon Hire
- Pharmacist Intern Licensed with the MN Board of Pharmacy.
- Pharmacist Current licensure by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy upon hire within 90 Days
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
