The Lutheran Home is seeking a Resident Support Coordinator to join our welcoming healthcare community. This full-time position is well suited for someone who enjoys helping others while providing friendly, organized assistance. You’ll play an important role in supporting residents through appointment coordination, transportation assistance, donation efforts, care coordination, and supporting resident interests and activities.
