Hours: Part-time, 20 hours a week The responsibilities of the Residential Care Manager include instruction and supervision of residents in their daily activities, according to their individual needs and the goals of their individualized residential services plans. The Care Manager provides on-site coverage and assists in performing routine resident-care duties. Additionally, the Care Manager works closely with an assigned group of residents, providing support around the assessment of needs, the development of individualized and program goals, linkage to needed resources, and coaching as they progress on their goals and recovery. The Care Manager practices recovery principles and Community Support Program principles in his/her work with residents.
