About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Residential Electrician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, can work independently or as part of a team, and is comfortable interacting with homeowners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience required
• Journeyman Electrician license in Maryland or Delaware preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience with service calls and troubleshooting
• Ability to mentor apprentices or junior electricians
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards
• Perform panel upgrades, wiring, lighting installation, and general electrical repairs
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding work scope and timelines
