In this position, the processor handles loan documents for real estate loans and assists the underwriters, lenders, appraisers and closing agents to finalize an accommodating, timely and complete loan. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares and supervises documents for all types of real estate loans Coordinate with underwriters and closing agents to ensure a timely loan process.
