About The Position

In this position, the processor handles loan documents for real estate loans and assists the underwriters, lenders, appraisers and closing agents to finalize an accommodating, timely and complete loan. Below is a list of essential functions of this position. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the position.

Requirements

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below.
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred.
A proven knowledge of retail and mortgage lending is required.
Successful completion of required background checks is required
Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents.
Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization.
Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.

Responsibilities

Prepares and supervises documents for all types of real estate loans
Coordinate with underwriters and closing agents to ensure a timely loan process.
Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and meet all regulatory and internal requirements
