About The Position
Resource Coordinator (Part-Time) Perrysville, PA $18+ per hour | 20–24 hours per week (Mon–Fri daytime) Do you enjoy helping seniors live independently and with dignity? Arbors Management is seeking a compassionate Resource Coordinator to support elderly and disabled residents at our Perrysville community. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a background or interest in social work, human services, or community outreach.
Requirements
- Experience in social services or community support preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Compassionate, organized, and professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Connect residents with community resources (Medicare, Medicaid, transportation, financial aid, etc.)
- Advocate for residents’ needs and help them age in place
- Organize monthly activities and create a resident newsletter
- Assist with HUD Rent Rebates and maintain confidential files
- Provide light administrative support to the Property Manager
