As a Restaurant Manager at M.L.Rose, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our guests have an outstanding food and beverage experience. Our managers are whole restaurant managers who own a department focus and know how to treat our guests like good neighbors. Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior restaurant management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully overseeing restaurant operations, leading teams, and driving sales.
A passion for craft beer and a commitment to providing excellent guest experiences are essential.

Responsibilities

Driving sales and ensuring profitability
Ensuring every guest has a food and beverage experience that’s consistent with our standards
Learning about the wonderful world of craft beer
Managing day-to-day restaurant operations
Writing schedules and managing labor
Handling inventory and ordering
Budgeting and forecasting
Coaching and developing staff
Bar Managers get to choose beer for our rotating tap program
