Requirements
Food Handlers and OLCC permit.
Cash handling experience.
Must pass criminal background check.
Responsibilities
Have working knowledge of specials and standard menu items, their ingredients, and their prices.
Receive and serve meal orders.
Display knowledge of food preparation.
Market, sell, and serve all menu items.
Complete side work, to include stocking, filling salt & pepper shakers, folding napkins, wiping down counters and tables, etc.
Stock areas with clean linen, glassware, and silverware.
Respond to the needs and requests of the guests.
Display knowledge in and follow at all times, sanitation and sanitary food handling.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross-training.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.
