About The Position
Chick-fil-A Argyle is seeking talented leaders to join our team in our internal Leadership in Training Program — overseeing key areas of our restaurant operations. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity designed to provide a meaningful career path with growth, development, and influence. Requirements
- 1+ year of Leadership experience
- Strong people development and coaching skills
- Proven ability to manage performance and achieve results
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
