The Dockside Deli Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily F.O.H. operations of the Dockside Deli. This position uses business expertise along with compassion & fairness to execute & ensure guests have an extraordinary guest experience. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurants, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food, beverage and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their overall dining experience.
