About The Position

Sandy Lane, an AAA Five (5) Diamond, Forbes Five Star exclusive resort and member of the Leading Hotels of the World, is seeking to fill the following vacancies in our Food and Beverage Department.
The Restaurant Supervisor will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and will be required to assist with organizing and directing a team in order to deliver a top-quality product, with a prompt, accurate and personalized service. Ensuring all Five Diamond, Triple AAA and Leading Hotels Standards are consistently upheld.

Requirements

• Experience in the Hotel Industry is required
• must consistently maintain the highest standard of service and operational efficiency within all areas of responsibility
• must be well groomed and enthusiastic
• will be required to work flexible hours
• must also be in excellent physical condition to perform extensive walking, bending and stretching
• be able to handle pressure calmly and professionally in a busy environment
