About The Position

Elevate is hiring Retail Operations Managers to support in-stadium retail execution for FIFA World Cup 2026™. This role focuses on delivering a seamless fan experience across multiple retail locations within stadium and arena environments. You'll partner with stadium operations, logistics teams, and on-site staff to manage retail readiness, inventory flow, and live event execution throughout the tournament. This role supports FIFA World Cup 2026 operations across multiple host cities, including: Dallas Houston Philadelphia Toronto Vancouver Candidates may be considered for one or multiple locations based on experience, availability, and business needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in retail, events, or hospitality operations
  • Proven experience managing teams in busy, customer-facing environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working long days and adapting to changing conditions
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and retail KPIs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Retail planning and coordination
  • Participate in site visits and operational planning sessions
  • Support development of retail layouts, merchandising plans, and staffing schedules
  • Coordinate with stadium teams on load-in, load-out, credentials, security, and compliance requirements
  • Communicate event-specific direction clearly to on-site staff and partners
  • Inventory and merchandising
  • Manage inventory allocation and replenishment across multiple in-venue retail points
  • Monitor real-time stock levels and initiate replenishment as needed
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with program and brand standards
  • Event execution
  • Lead retail teams during live event days
  • Oversee POS setup, scanning accuracy, and product setup as needed
  • Resolve issues quickly during event operations
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stadium partners and vendors
  • Post-event responsibilities
  • Support inventory reconciliation, transfers, and returns
  • Contribute to post-event reporting and operational reviews
  • Share recommendations for process or execution improvements
