About The Position
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing automotive parts, process orders, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service while promoting sales and specials.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license meeting insurance standards
- Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle applications
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with inventory management proficiency
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately, including pricing, payment, and delivery
- Maintain and monitor inventory; report discrepancies
- Promote parts specials and upsell related products
- Assist customers in person and by phone in identifying correct parts
- Support service team to ensure timely delivery of ordered parts
- Handle returns and exchanges, maintaining proper records
- Provide professional, timely customer service
