This role combines customer interaction, product knowledge, and professional sales development in a structured environment. We are a locally owned Batteries Plus organization with 6 retail locations, supported by a central warehouse and commercial sales department. All entry roles work closely with upper management levels and franchise ownership for development. We promote from within and invest heavily in training. Many of our leaders started in customer-facing roles and advanced by consistently delivering strong performance and professional growth. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Full-time availability including at least one weekend day
  • Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small products
  • Has a stable work history and takes pride in reliability
  • Enjoys working with customers in a professional setting
  • Is motivated to learn structured selling skills
  • Wants performance to be recognized and rewarded
  • Is realistic, responsible, and growth-minded
  • Has an interest in technology, automotive, or hands-on problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers and uncover real needs
  • Recommend products and services that solve real problems
  • Coordinate services such as automotive key programming, device repair, and specialty battery solutions
  • Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout
  • Work closely with Repair Technicians to ensure seamless service
  • Contribute to daily store performance and team success
