MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an individual contributing Employee-Owner, Technology Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Requirements

HS Diploma, GED or equivalent
Reliable vehicle
Clean driving record
Minimum 1 year of recent outbound business to business (B2B) sales experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Experience working within a CRM.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
Prior experience in B2B sales.
Proven success in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

Develop prospects through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Work with a collaborative and motivated sales team.
Plan and implement new business strategies.
Create value through technology.
Provide technical business solutions.
Create strategic proposals and deliver presentations to C-level executives and senior management.
Maintain existing customer base through ongoing assessment of needs in a changing technological landscape.
Meet monthly sales goals for hardware, document management software, printer fleet management, and professional services.
