Retail Snack Program Manager - Corporate Services We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and creatively driven Retail Snack Program Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and daily operations of our workplace retail snack program. You’ll own everything from product selection and vendor relationships to merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and promotional programming. What You'll Do Lead the end‑to‑end retail snack program across multiple spaces, ensuring offerings are fresh, relevant, and thoughtfully curated. Curate a rotating assortment of snacks, beverages, and grab‑and‑go items using trend insights, guest feedback, and data analytics. Develop seasonal, cultural, and thematic retail moments that bring energy and storytelling to the space. Partner with culinary, marketing, and operations teams to integrate retail into broader food program experiences. Requirements

Experience in retail, micro markets, convenience, or hospitality environments.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of project management experience
