Requirements

High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone.
Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases, including invoices and inventory records.
Match supplier credits and process accordingly.
Maintain detailed records of tire retread processes, including quality control and compliance documentation.
Track and manage supplies, materials, and retread tire inventory.
Provide administrative support to management and production teams as needed.
