About The Position

Become the Imaging Lead! We are looking for a proactive leader to drive workflow efficiency and mentor teammates. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Monitor daily workflows, manage resources to meet SLAs, and ensure the team meets productivity standards for Imaging. Teammate Development: Facilitate monthly 1:1s, provide constructive feedback for growth, and lead team training sessions. Metrics & Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, complete daily/weekly reporting. Support & Collaboration: Serve as a Research SME for cross-functional teams and maintain full availability to support leadership. Team Expectations & Standards Successful candidates will adhere to the following ROPS and Team Vault standards: In-Office Requirement: Regular in-office attendance is required to foster collaboration and support the team. 1 day per week. Requirements

  • Proven experience in Cash Applications, Imaging, or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and troubleshoot issues.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team building.
  • Ability to adapt to changing standards and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
