About The Position

The Revenue Operations Director will lead the strategy and execution of the company’s revenue operations, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success to drive predictable growth. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, systems, and data insights to enable cross-functional teams to achieve business targets efficiently. You will act as a strategic partner, providing operational guidance, building dashboards, forecasting revenue, and ensuring alignment across go-to-market functions. This position requires a data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer lifecycle management. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, GTM operations, business-aligned FP&A, or related revenue functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM, business, finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM platforms and revenue operations tools.
  • Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency across complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Startup and enterprise experience is a plus, as is a strong interest in advanced technology or quantum computing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the revenue operations strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.
  • Optimize processes, workflows, and systems to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness across go-to-market teams.
  • Develop and maintain revenue and customer health dashboards to inform executive decision-making and business strategy.
  • Provide sales enablement, training, and guidance on CRM platforms and operational systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals, targets, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, connecting people, processes, and technology to maximize revenue potential.
