Learn more at www.getpliant.com ABOUT THE ROLE We currently require a Revenue Operations Intern (m/f/d) to join our Revenue Operations team, a wonderful opportunity to be part of our ongoing growth and success during our US market expansion. This paid internship ($18 per hour) role will be based in New York City, hybrid with the chance to come see our new co-working space! We can start off on a 6 month contract basis, 40 hours a week with possibility of extension if we see good success!

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in sales operations, revenue operations, GTM, or a startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce & Co.) and outreach tools (e.g. Amplemarket, Apollo & Co.).
  • Strong interest in Go-To-Market strategy, sales operations, and scaling processes for a new market.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, systems, and processes.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in improving workflows and making data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to take ownership early and proactively drive projects forward.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Go-To-Market (GTM) execution for our US launch, reporting to and working closely with the Senior Revenue Operations Manager.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying, researching, and qualifying new US-based prospects and target accounts.
  • Support outbound and GTM activities using CRM and outreach tools
  • Help operationalize and execute sales and GTM processes tailored to the US market.
  • Maintain and optimize our CRM system to ensure clean, accurate, and timely data across all GTM activities.
  • Help document, improve, and scale GTM and revenue processes by identifying gaps, reproducing issues, and supporting process fixes with our operations and development teams.
  • Assist with reporting and dashboards to track GTM performance, pipeline health, and early launch KPIs.
  • Provide cross-functional support across the company, contributing your skills while gaining exposure to revenue operations, GTM strategy, and US market expansion.
