About the Role We are hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to serve as a strategic operational partner to our GTM leadership as we scale to the next stage of growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, planning, and execution. You will partner closely with leaders across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery to translate company growth goals into operational plans, performance frameworks, and analytical insights that ensure our GTM motion is predictable, scalable, and data-driven. You will own and run the operating rhythm of the revenue organization, ensuring leaders have the visibility, discipline, and insights needed to execute against growth targets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, influences senior stakeholders with data-driven insights, and takes pride in building rigorous operational foundations for high-growth organizations.
