About The Position

Maleda Tech is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Lead to support growth initiatives within a rapidly expanding digital marketplace environment. This role will focus on designing and operationalizing scalable revenue programs that drive partner acquisition, onboarding, and long-term success. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders across operations, analytics, marketing, product, and regional teams to translate strategic goals into operational programs that improve performance and unlock sustainable growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership to help build the systems, processes, and insights that enable high-performing go-to-market teams. This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role responsible for building the operational engine that supports revenue growth across acquisition, onboarding, and account management programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketplace operations, growth operations, consulting, or similar operational strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both operational teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build data-driven strategies, financial models, and operational frameworks.
  • Highly organized with a strong bias toward ownership, execution, and measurable outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and familiarity with SQL is preferred.
  • Experience supporting SMB or B2B sales environments and working with sales platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Strategy into Scalable Programs
  • Develop operational strategies that support marketplace growth, including initiatives focused on partner acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
  • Align operational programs with broader business goals and ensure initiatives scale effectively across regions and teams.
  • Enable Cross-Functional Execution
  • Collaborate with regional leaders, marketing, analytics, product, legal, and operations teams to ensure programs are executed effectively.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and ensure initiatives remain on track and measurable.
  • Drive Data-Informed Decision Making
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations that inform leadership decisions and strategic planning.
  • Define and Monitor Performance Metrics
  • Establish KPIs and performance tracking frameworks to measure operational effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine programs and processes to maximize business impact.
  • Improve Operational Efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to improve team productivity and streamline workflows through data insights and operational improvements.
  • Build and Optimize Processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable processes and operating models that support growth initiatives.
  • Support Tooling and Automation
  • Work with product and engineering teams to improve internal tooling, automate workflows, and reduce manual processes.
  • Launch and Scale Programs
  • Support the launch of operational initiatives in key markets and scale successful strategies across the broader organization.
