About The Position

We are seeking a Revit Piping Designer for a remote assignment out of Portland, Oregon. The selected candidate will create equipment and piping models in 3D software under the direction of Lead Designers. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm This position can work remotely Candidates must be located in the USA in order to be considered Candidates with previous high tech manufacturing or semiconductor experience are highly preferred

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 10+ years experience in the layout of process and mechanical equipment and associated piping design
• Proficient with Revit and Navisworks
• Experience with pipe installation details and pipe supports
• Located in the USA

Nice To Haves

• Ideal candidate will have experience with process mechanical piping systems, industrial waste and/or high purity water systems
• Candidates with previous high tech manufacturing or semiconductor experience are highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other piping designers and other disciplines working in the models
• Work with a team of designers, drafters and engineers to develop 3D piping plans
• Coordinate design with other disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, etc.)
• Will be working with an engineering design team on high-tech industrial manufacturing facility projects
