About The Position

šŸŽ  What You'll Be Doing šŸŽÆ Lead the Fun Supervise daily operations of our dry rides Lead, motivate, and support a team of awesome ride operators Set the tone with positive energy, professionalism, and safety-first leadership Ensure the team consistently follows all safety rules and procedures throughout the day Ensure the team provides courteous, respectful service to guests of all ages šŸ›”ļø Safety Superhero Ensure rides are operated safely and by the book (the important book) Perform pre‑opening ride checks and inspections Jump into action during ride delays, weather changes, or guest concerns šŸ”§ Mechanical Know‑How (Preferred!) Assist with basic troubleshooting of ride systems Spot mechanical issues early and communicate with Maintenance Help with preventative maintenance checks and documentation (You don't have to be an engineer-but being mechanically inclined is a big plus!) šŸ˜„ Guest Experience Champion Deliver cheerful, friendly service-even on busy days Handle guest questions and concerns with confidence and care Make sure rides look great, run smoothly, and feel welcoming šŸ“ Behind‑the‑Scenes Stuff Complete daily logs, safety reports, and incident documentation Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams Help improve ride procedures, training, and park operations

Requirements

  • Experience working at an amusement park or attraction
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, confident presence
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
  • Ability to work outdoors and stay energized all day
  • Comfortable standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working around moving rides and at heights

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical experience or technical aptitude
  • Familiarity with ride controls, machinery, or electrical systems
  • First Aid / CPR / AED certification (or willingness to learn!)
