About The Position

Supports the organization’s risk management and insurance claim activities. Handles the end-to-end process for routine insurance claims, ensures timely and accurate filing, and assists with process improvements. Provides support for other risk management functions as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field (Associate’s degree with additional experience may be considered).
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance claims, risk management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with ability to work across teams and with external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly product claim status and tracking reports.
• Submit auto, glass, and general liability claims to insurance carriers.
• File internal and external claim communications and correspondence.
• Update claims within internal tracking and filing systems.
• Generate internal requests to various departments for claim-related information and documentation.
• Prepare basic communications, updates, or reminders related to claims.
• Assist in processing basic auto and general liability claims (e.g., glass claims, notice-only auto claims, pre-approved general liability claims).
• Support the Risk Management team in broader insurance and risk-related activities as assigned.
• Prepare regular claims reports for management review.
• Other duties as assigned.
