Requirements

  • Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification – Required
  • CNA or PCA Certification – Required
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Supervisory or management experience in healthcare preferred
  • Strong leadership & organizational skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
  • CPR & First Aid Certification – Required

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory or management experience in healthcare preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise care staff & maintain proper staffing levels
  • Administer & document medications per physician’s orders
  • Oversee & provide direct care to residents, ensuring dignity & respect
  • Conduct assessments & develop care plans tailored to residents' needs
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families & healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with all state & federal healthcare regulations
  • Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
  • Respond to resident emergency calls with urgency & care
