This is a Casual status also known as Per Diem RN Surgery role at the Rancho Bernardo Ambulatory Surgery Center. This is a 10 hour day shift position (630a-5pm) that varies from Monday- Friday. Do you have experience working as a Circulating/OR Nurse? Apply today! Responsibilities Include: Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience. Provide direct patient care to high acuity patients in a complex department within the scope of practice. Engage in complex clinical procedures and may provide clinical assessments to surgical patients in the hospital setting. Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration. Work collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
