Requirements
- Current Maine RN license in good standing
- Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and support nursing staff during overnight shifts
- Provide high-quality, resident-centered care
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Serve as a resource and mentor to CNAs and support staff
