We are seeking a dynamic and highly engaged leader to oversee our In‑Room Dining and Private Bar operations. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of the Room Service Department to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about service excellence, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys being a visible presence in the operation—building relationships, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every detail reflects our signature standards. In this role, you will collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership and our culinary team to curate elevated in‑room dining offerings, design amenities, and uphold the quality of food, beverage, and presentation throughout our 24‑hour operation. You will oversee private bar services, “The Vault,” amenity programs, and additional F&B areas as needed, ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Strong financial acumen is essential, as this position manages labor, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and quality control. We are looking for a leader who takes ownership—continuously assessing facilities, refining processes, and delivering an exceptional experience for guests and employees alike.
