About The Position

The RV Park Associate is responsible for supporting the daily front-line operations of the Ute Mountain Casino Hotel RV Park. This entry-level role provides friendly and efficient customer service to guests, handles reservations and check-ins, processes payments, and ensures the guest area remains clean and welcoming. Success in this role means delivering a consistent and positive guest experience, managing transactions accurately, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the RV Park in collaboration with the RV Park Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Ute Gaming Commission Non-Support License (background checks may be required).
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must maintain a professional appearance, tone, and guest-service mindset at all times
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency with reservation and POS systems
  • Strong communication and basic writing skills for guest records and reports
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Ability to operate a computer, register, and credit card terminal accurately
  • Good organizational habits and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and committed to guest satisfaction

Nice To Haves

  • Previous cashier, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist RV Park guests. Greet visitors upon arrival, provide information, and respond to general inquiries Ensure guests feel welcomed and supported during their stay
  • Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Enter and confirm reservations using the park system Assign spaces, verify registration details, and issue permits or materials
  • Handle payments and record transactions. Accept payments via credit card or cash and issue receipts Balance cash drawer and complete basic accounting paperwork at shift start and end
  • Maintain accurate guest records and operational logs. Record site assignments, guest information, product sales, and price changes Support basic reporting and data entry functions for daily operations
  • Support the upkeep and functionality of the front office and guest area. Follow procedures to maintain a clean and organized check-in station Assist with re-stocking and inventory management as assigned Identify and report equipment malfunctions or supply needs to a supervisor
  • Assist with team tasks as directed. Complete other duties requested by the RV Park Supervisor to support team success
