About The Position

SalesCloser.ai currently has the position of Sales Account Executive available, and we’re excited to tell you about it! OVERVIEW We are searching for a high-performing Sales Account Executive who doesn't just close deals, they closes the right ones, to join our team. Ideally, the successful candidate is based in the Greater Vancouver area, allowing for in-person office collaborations. As a member of the Sales Team, you'll work closely with our Sales Manager and a growing team of AEs, handling inbound demo pipelines with real volume and real opportunities. This role is designed for someone who wants to be an anchor on the team and eventually grow into a leadership position as we scale. This is a role for someone who takes pride in discovery, operates inside a structured sales process, and genuinely wants to see their teammates win. Together with all Teams, the Sales Account Executive is responsible for the continued success of Salescloser.ai

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS Account Executive experience with verifiable quota attainment across multiple years
  • Fluency with structured sales frameworks: BANT, SPICED, ECIR, or equivalent
  • Background in ed-tech, HR-tech, or other high-volume inbound SaaS environments (strongly preferred)
  • A track record of consistent performance, we're looking for 90–110% across years, not just one big year
  • Strong discovery skills, you ask better questions than you give answers
  • CRM discipline and genuine pipeline hygiene, Pipedrive experience is a bonus
  • As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Run a full inbound demo cycle end-to-end: discovery, qualification, demo, close
  • Use BANT, SPICED, and ECIR frameworks to qualify with precision and run consistent, repeatable sales motions
  • Deliver pain-led discovery conversations that uncover real business needs before pitching solutions
  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM You treat pipeline hygiene as a professional standard, not a chore
  • Contribute to team culture: share what's working, support peers, and raise the floor for everyone around you
  • Work with AI-assisted sales tools to improve speed, insight, and execution across your pipeline
  • Other duties as assigned.
