About The Position

Our growing IT and Audio-Visual solutions client is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administration Associate to support its AV sales team. This role plays a key part in streamlining sales operations by managing administrative and pre-sales tasks, allowing sales professionals to focus on customer relationships and revenue generation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and pre-sales support to the AV sales team
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers and sales representatives
  • Manage vendor deal registrations and secure competitive pricing
  • Respond to RFQs and perform competitive cost and pricing analysis
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and partners
  • Support sales reporting and data tracking
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry, fulfillment, and close-out
  • Coordinate equipment delivery and installation by working with sales, logistics, and service teams
  • Assist with resolving customer issues, returns, and RMAs in collaboration with Sales Operations
  • Serve as a client point of contact during account manager absences to ensure continuity of service
  • Maintain customer records and perform related clerical and administrative tasks
