This role focuses on lead assignment, underwriting assistance, documentation management, and cross-functional coordination to help merchants successfully complete the sales and onboarding process. The Sales Administrator plays a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting sales productivity, and ensuring compliance with Shift4 policies and procedures. This role must be onsite Westlake Village, CA. Position Overview: The Sales Administrator supports Shift4’s Sales team by managing leads, coordinating underwriting requirements, and guiding merchants through the onboarding process. This role is responsible for ensuring applications, documentation, and internal workflows are completed accurately and efficiently so merchants can move from initial interest through approval and activation with minimal friction. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Underwriting, Risk, and other internal teams while delivering a positive merchant experience.
