The Sales Analyst will identify and implement the analytical infrastructure necessary to grow services sales, optimize S&OP and automate tech services’ compliance while improving profitability, predictability, and exit readiness.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of the wastewater treatment process or agriculture, land application, beneficial use
  • Strong analytic and financial acumen
  • Understanding of Cloud based systems and CRM
  • Analysis of data, charts and discussions.
  • Exhibit strong organization, collaboration and team leadership skills
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Dat Science or related discipline
  • Demonstrated team leadership
  • Computer skills and ability to work in MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement models to analyze cost structures, pricing, labor utilization and equipment deployment through an EBITDA focused lens.
  • Develop predictive analytics for bid pricing, equipment optimization, logistics planning, and tech services resource planning.
  • Partner with Regional RVPs, S&OP, Finance, and Sales Effectiveness to identify inefficiencies and improve EBITDA from process improvements.
  • Deploy win probability and pricing confidence tools that improve bid quality and reduce low-margin wins.
  • Analyze municipal and industrial bid results to build structured competitive pricing and contract database.
  • Map regional competitor equipment and land application capacity for supply demand analysis
  • Provide and integrate lead generation tools into the sales support and prospecting teams.
  • Partner with Sr VP Sales & CIO to build scalable systems capable of supporting next-stage growth
  • Partner with Tech Services Directors to identify land application and beneficial use leads; utilize analytics to automate compliance and regulatory requirements.
