About The Position

We're searching for a full-time Sales and Marketing Enablement Specialist to join our team onsite in Waukesha, WI. You'll enjoy $45,000 - $50,000/year. You will work onsite at our Waukesha, Wisconsin headquarters, with one remote day each week. The role may require occasional travel-up to 15% of your time-to attend trade shows, customer visits, and partner events. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams during regular business hours. As a Sales and Marketing Enablement Specialist, you will partner closely with the commercial team to understand their needs and deliver timely, on-brand content and marketing support. You'll develop and update sales collateral like presentations, product sheets, and proposal templates using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint, ensuring everything is polished and current. You'll support business development by attracting and nurturing prospects, tracking their engagement, and reporting on their journey through the sales funnel. When it's time for events, you'll help plan, organize, and prepare materials for trade shows and booths. Managing the sales enablement content libraries and supporting CRM data hygiene in Microsoft Dynamics will also be part of your regular routine.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications (May 2024 or 2025 graduates welcome)
  • Genuine passion for sales, marketing, and B2B business
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for trade shows and events
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Canva, Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
  • Strong visual and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and juggle multiple projects
  • Collaborative, coachable, and eager to develop in a fast-paced company
  • Ability to build genuine relationships across teams
  • Proactive, adaptable, and reliable
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish is a major plus and strongly encouraged.
