About The Position

To put it simply, we are the middle person between the clients and the operator. Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals, fortune 500 companies, governments & relief agencies, and sports & entertainment organizations. You will support our Los Angeles Cargo President while providing high-quality customer service and making a special effort to ensure our client’s chartering experience is successful! ACS Los Angeles is seeking an individual who has proven experience and skills in promoting value through customer service, and the ability to foster long-lasting client relationships and is interested in going the extra mile.   • 2+ years of Microsoft Outlook experience

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Cargo President with their portfolio of clients
  • Develop aircraft knowledge including familiarization with aircraft used, range, capacity, crewing etc.
  • Building relationships with Cargo operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft available to provide solutions for our customers
  • Maintain airport and airline contact information in the database
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and team
  • Grow a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside organization
  • Pro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits
  • Presents and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
