The Sales Commission Analyst is responsible for the accurate calculation, validation, and distribution of commission reports for the internal sales teams. This role ensures commission plans are executed consistently, transparently, and in alignment with company policies. The Analyst maintains the commission calendar, manages commission-related communications, and serves as the primary point of contact for questions regarding commission calculations, data integrity, and plan interpretation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Payroll, and Business Intelligence. THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION WITH 3 DAYS IN OFFICE AND 2 DAYS REMOTE.
